I try my best to keep the highest possible standard of service and I handle and ship orders on a daily basis. I know how irritating it is to wait a long time for parts to arrive when you are building your MOCS etc.

I am a non smoker living in a smoke and pet free home. However I also sell used LEGO so I can not guarantee that used parts are smoke free, but they are washed if dirty when I get hand of them.

Used sets are normally taken apart and packed in zip bags. I can therefore not send pictures of the sets. In stead I add remarks about the sets' condition, weight etc.

- Paypal. Registered mail is mandatory when order exceeds DKK 500. Registration covers tracking and insurance on any size letter.
I ship to paypal shipping address only. An address mismatch between Brickowl and PayPal may delay your order while I confirm the correct address with you. If your paypal shipping address is not correct and I will have to return your payment in order for you to pay again with the new address typed in as shipping address - the paypal fee will be lost and has to be paid by you again. Last Updated: 20 Jul 2021
